After a chance to settle in this session, I was moved from the Docking building to the 4th floor of the Capitol room 452S. My new committee assignments are Energy and Utilities, Federal and State Affairs and Local Government which I was appointed Vice Chair. As the Governor continues to focus on reducing the government footprint and stimulating the Kanas economy, the House is working to aid the administration while also focusing on the priorities of immigration reform, defining a suitable education and consideration of tax and
budget proposals.
